QuickBooks & Access Setup
How to give Michealla access β€” whether you have QBO already or not.
OPTION A
Already have QuickBooks Online?

Invite Michealla as an Accountant User β€” accountant access is all that's needed, no admin:

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online
  2. Click Settings βš™ (top right corner)
  3. Select Manage Users
  4. Click the Accounting Firms tab
  5. Click Invite
  6. Enter: [email protected]
  7. Keep access as Accountant (the default) and send

OPTION B
Don't have QuickBooks yet?

We'll set it up as part of the QBO Setup service. In the meantime, we need access to your transaction history. Two options:

View-only bank login
Create a read-only user in your online banking portal and share those credentials securely. Most banks support this under Settings β†’ Users or Access Management. View-only means we can see transactions but cannot move money.
Upload bank statements
Download last 3 months of statements (PDF or CSV) from each account and upload them using the Bank Statement option in the Submit tab.

Michealla will email you a personal Google Drive link during onboarding. Your folder is set up individually for you β€” check your email from Michealla for the link. This is where your completed reports and documents will live.
